Pizza Cook (Back of House)

We’re seeking a motivated pizza cook to join our kitchen crew! Our menu is small and focused, but we make our signature deep dish pizzas a little differently — so an eagerness to learn is key.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily prep: cleaning the kitchen, turning on ovens, chopping vegetables, prepping pizza boxes, making dough and sauce, and filling the prep station.
Cook pizzas to order and maintain consistency and quality.
Keep a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift.
Wash dishes and help with kitchen clean-up at closing.

Ideal candidate:

Has some previous kitchen or prep experience.
Learns quickly and takes pride in doing things the right way.
Works well independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.

Schedule:
Flexible shifts available — reliability and weekend availability are a big plus.
